MIUI 11: Xiaomi rolls out the update on 15 additional smartphones – Phonandroid

Xiaomi deploys MIUI 11 out of 15 additional smartphones. The new version of the OS comes in a stable version on the Mi 9 Pro 5G, the Mi 6, the Mi MIX 2 or the Mi CC9 (Mi A3). These smartphones complete the list of models that have already been updated during the first wave.

Xiaomi continues deployment of MIUI 11 according to the schedule unveiled last month. The manufacturer has just announced the arrival of the update in stable version on 15 additional smartphones in China, including models of the Redmi brand. Two-year old smartphones such as the Xiaomi Mi 6 and the Mi Mix 2 are concerned, as are the most recent Mi 9 Pro 5G and the Redmi K20 Pro (Mi 9T Pro) or the Mi CC9 (Mi A3 in France). The update is initially deployed in China and is expected to arrive in Europe in the coming days. This is the second wave of the deployment of MIUI 11 in stable version.   • Xiaomi Mi MIX 2
  • Redmi Note 7
  • Xiaomi Mi CC9 Meitu Edition

  • Redmi Note 5A Standard Edition

Finally, let us point out that some of these models are already received MIUI 11 in Europe. This is the case of Mi 9T Pro, Mi 9 or MI 9 SE. MIUI 11 brings Android 10 on some models. For others, the OS remains stuck on Android 9 despite the new interface.
